PICTURE DAY INFO
NASA is a local not-for-profit organization and it's run primarily by dedicated volunteers. Every year, around 2,000 children in Austin, play soccer with our club.
Spring 2026 U5-U10 Picture Day
This season teams will gather together at assigned times during weeknights 3/30-4/2 at Pillow Elementary School.
Please arrive together early as a team at least 15-20min before your photo time.
NASA provides complimentary photos. Each parent will need to fill out an order form and have payment ready if you are purchasing additional packages. Parents will need to check in at the front table prior to photo time - only if you are buying additional pictures. Paper forms will be available onsite. PDF version to print & prefill out is included below.
Gather together as a team with forms in hand when all players have shown up, and they can go ahead and start taking team photos.

1. Please arrive with your teams at least 15-20min before your photo time. (we are on a schedule so if you don't make it by the photo time, your child may not be in the team photo)
2. Parents MUST fill out an order form and have payment ready if purchasing additional packages, before their photo time. (Note: A form is still required for those receiving free packages; no payment or check in is needed in those cases.).
3. Parents check in at the front table if you are buying pictures. We do accept checks or cash to pay for additional pictures. (QR codes will be at the front table if you would like to pay by credit card, cash app, or apple pay.)
4. Gather together as a team - with forms in hand, when all players have arrived and we can start taking team photos. (Bring at least one nice soccer ball per team)
5. Have players picture ready. Tuck in shirts, have hair done, wipe off face..etc
6. Only coaches and players are allowed in the photographers' photo area.
7. After your team has taken their individual and team photo, please clear away from the photo area for the next teams in line.
